1/2cSugar
2 Eggs, well beaten
3/4cHoney
2tbOil
1/2cHot dark tea
2tbWhiskey
2cSifted flour
1tsCinnamon
1/2tsBaking powder
1/2tsBaking soda
3/8cChopped nuts
  Grated rind of one lemon

Mix all ingredients together and beat well. Pour into greased loaf pan which has been lined with waxed paper on the bottom. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
